About Nudgent

We built the follow-up we wished we had.

Nudgent started as a spreadsheet macro one of us used to chase leads who never got a second email. It is now the agent doing that work for a few hundred sales and success teams.

Where it started

Three founders, one shared spreadsheet, and a lot of cold leads.

In 2023 the three of us were running sales for three different small companies, and all three of us had the same problem: leads that answered the first email and nothing after that, because nobody had time to send a fourth or fifth follow-up by hand. We built Nudgent to be the fourth and fifth message — written well, sent on time, and stopped the moment a person needed to take over.

We shipped the first version to our own teams in early 2024. It is now used by teams well outside sales — clinics confirming appointments, agencies chasing signed contracts, studios filling a class.

What we optimise for

Four things that don't change as we grow.

Never send without knowing

The agent reads a reply before it decides what happens next — it never sends blind, and it never sends over a human.

Nothing hidden

Every message the agent has sent is logged, in order, on the thread it belongs to. You can read exactly what a lead saw.

Fast to a reply, not just fast to send

We measure the agent on replies and meetings booked — not messages sent. A quiet sequence that converts beats a loud one that doesn't.

Built with the teams who use it

Every sequence template started as a real rep's actual follow-up — we just made it run itself.
